Teilhard called it “the slow work of God,” but he might as well have said “the slow work of becoming human.” Faith isn’t a ladder you climb. It’s a thread you follow through the tangled cloth of your own life.
When you stop trying to perfect the pattern, you finally notice the beauty hiding in the mistakes.
Blessed be the ones learning to grow down instead of up. Their roots will find the divine long before their branches ever touch the sky.
